- The virtual site visit for JBSA was held 10-12 December 2019 and the Barksdale AFB site visit was held on 17 December 2019.� I have uploaded the Site Visit Presentation Slides and also uploaded JBSA sign in sheet.� I�ve also received notification that ProjNet.org (Bidder�s Inquiry) will be unavailable due to a system outage from 20 December 2019 through 31 December 2019.� Please note that you will not be able to input any questions into Bidder�s Inquiry during this timeframe.
