- NSN 7R-1680-016447149-EY, TDP VER 001, QTY 28 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. Solicitation Number: N00383-20-Q-P134 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit General Atomics (4V360), San Diego, California for the repair of: NSN: 7RH 1680 016447149 EY NOMENCLATURE: HALF BRIDGE ASSEMBLY QTY: 26 PN: 34000D1140852 The intention of this solicitation is to award a monetary limitation order to definitize at a later date to a fixed price contract. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with General Atomics. General Atomics is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for repair of this item. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA) IAW Class Deviation 2018-O0013. The applicable NAICS code is 336413. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 1 day will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted no later than one (1) day from the date of this synopsis to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn:Ms. Noreen McDonough, Contract Specialist, Code (N762.03), 700 Robbins Ave, Bldg 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111. General Atomics will be solicited on or after 19 December 2019 and the Solicitation will close 5 days after the effective date of the solicitation.
