- The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) Philadelphia has a Request For Quote (RFQ),�N64498-20-Q-5002, for Reverb Stack Inspection. For specific requirements, please see the Statement of Work in Section C of the attached RFQ. Please see attached Amendments 0001-0006 for additional information. Site Visit Information: Please see the Site Visit information within the attached RFQ. It is imperative if you plan on attending the site visit, you MUST notify Contract Specialist, Sean McColgan, at sean.m.mccolgan@navy.mil. Additionally, you MUST notify Security Specialists, Kyle Curry and Derek Scachetti, by email at kyle.j.curry@navy.mil and derek.scachetti@navy.mil no later than 24 October 2019 at 4:00 PM. You must include a properly filled out SECNAV 5512/1 (APR 2014) - DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY LOCAL POPULATION ID CARD/BASE ACCESS PASS REGISTRATION (attached to this solicitation). Pass Registration forms will not be accepted after 24 October 2019. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drawings�are attached to this solicitation.
