- Armed Security Guard for the Galveston District �Amendment No. 1� (19Dec2019)� has revisd the requirements for this Request for Proposal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This�combined synopsis/solicitation�Number W912HY20R0002 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP)� for �commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6. No separate solicitation will be issued.�� This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District (SWG), 2000 Fort Point Road, Galveston, Texas 77553 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561612; small business size standard is $20,500,000. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to deliver armed guard services as described in this combined/synopsis solicitation.
