- Description
- This pre-solicitation synopsis/draft solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals.� The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) intends to procure the necessary healthcare housekeeping�and related services at Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Riley, KS and the multiple Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the health service area of IACH.� HRCO anticipates the official solicitation/request for proposal (RFP) will be posted to this site on or about 27�December�2019.� A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT is scheduled for 15�January 2020�at the IACH�Main Hospital located at 650 Huebner Road, Fort Riley, KS 66442.� This requirement is anticipated to be an total small business set-aside.� Prospective small business offerors are advised that the pre-proposal conference will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 January 2020 in a TBD conference room in the IACH main hospital.� The pre-proposal conference duration is anticipated to be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will consist of briefings from the Government followed by site visits.� The site visit tour duration is anticipated from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will cover some of the outlying buildings and the main hospital.� Interested small business parties shall provide the following information for representatives attending (Limit 2 representatives per offeror) the pre-proposal conference:� Name(s), Company Name, Email Address of each attendee, Phone Number of each attendee, Business Size Standard and Event (Pre-Proposal Conference, Site Visit, or both).� Interested small business parties must register with Ms. Juanita Garza by email at juanita.i.garza2.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time on 8 January�2020.� Prospective small business offerors are encouraged to attend both the pre-proposal conference and site visits.� The site visits involve extensive walking through multiple buildings and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to be safe and comfortable.� Please indicate any special needs to Ms. Juanita Garza when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged.� It is recommend to download the official RFP when it is posted on or about 27 December 2019, along with all exhibits and attachments prior to attending.� Updates and room location of the conference within the main hospital will be provided by email to all small business�registered attendees. ***Prospective offerors can register for a day pass at the main Visitor Center in order to gain access to Fort Riley.� If there is any other specific information regarding base access, the information will be emailed to all offerors who registered.��
