- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under GSA requirement number ID04200018. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective January 13, 2017. The Government intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 for this requirement to Textron Aviation Defense LLC, P.O. Box 85 Wichita, Kansas 67201-0085 USA in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
