Description: This requirement is for the acquisition of experiential leadership training outside of the academic classroom in austere wilderness environments for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Midshipmen. Summer outdoor leadership education and training provides experiential educational opportunities for midshipmen that complements classroom curricula studied through the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Division at USNA. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods. See attachments for additional information.
