- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR20B0007 for placement of modular facilities to support approximately 450 personnel and for the leasing of the modular facilities. The contract duration for the placement of modular facilities is three-hundred (300) calendar days. The contract duration for the modular facility leasing is one (1) base year and four (4) option years. ****Please note:� The ProjNet system will be down from 20-Dec through 31-Dec.� During this time you will not be able to enter inquiries.****
