- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a C-130H Disassemble and Transport to Fort Detrick and Reassemble commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation has been attached.� The solicitation number 47QFWA19K0091 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).� This is a firm-fixed price award.� This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488190 for Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The small business size standard is $35M.� Partial proposals will not be accepted.�� This requirement is to disassemble, transport and reassemble a C-130H. �Requirement must be completed as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement; unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Performance period will be 120 business days after the notice to proceed. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice.
