- Military Sealift Command intends to award a brand name firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of�Hose Master, Inc. materials in support of USNS MIGUEL KEITH (T ESB 5). �Contact Hose Master, Inc. for drawings.� Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered.� The statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition under simplified acquisitions is FAR Part 13.501, Title 41 U.S.C. � 1901 Test program for Certain Commercial Items. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 06 July 2020.� Delivery and acceptance is MSC BATS San Diego 9284 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92123.� Responses to this solicitation are due 20 January 2020 at 9:00 am EASTERN.� LATE QUOTES MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION. Quotes may be emailed to tommy.a.hale@navy.mil See attached Combined/Synopsis Solicitation for part number, description unit of issue quantity and clauses.� Quotes may be only hand delivered, mailed, e-mailed or faxed directly to tommy.a.hale@navy.mil, the sole designated E-mail address and inbox for receipt of E-mail submissions.� Faxed via 757-443-5982 Attn: Tommy Hale.� Please reference the solicitation number on your quote.
