Rd Wilmington, NC Products: Medtronic Divergence Lumbar Fusion System Clydesdale Lateral Interbody Fusion System Related Surgical Supplies The Medtronic Spine & Biologics products are proprietary technology.� Medtronic Spine & Biologics holds exclusive product rights and licensing as a manufacturer and supplier.� These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon�s opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient�s condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome.� These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons.� These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. �No telephonic request will be honored or returned.� This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.� All responses will be received no later than�27 December 2019 at 3:00 PM EST.
