- The Federal Correctional Institution, Berlin, New Hampshire intends to issue a solicitation for FY� 2020 2nd Quarter Bread & Dairy (weekly deliveries). This bread portion of this solicitation is 100%� set-a-side for small business. The Dairy portion is not set-a-aside. �The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed�price type contract from this solicitation. The Government will award to the responsible� offeror(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to�the Government based on past performance and price. The solicitation will be available on or about�November 15, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site at� https://beta.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation� will not be distributed. All future information regarding this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this�site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most� up-to-date information about this solicitation. The Government may make single or multiple awards�without discussions; therefore, offerors are instructed to submit their best offer initially. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have� the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are�eligible. Per FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at �www.sam.gov. �Payments will be made using the Government Purchase�Card for orders under $10,000.00. �
