Description: Amendment 03 for Solicitation SPE601-19-R-0337 The purpose of this amendment 03 is to take this requirement out of abeyance, to extend the proposal due date, provide a list of delivery locations, and to answer industry questions.� The intent of Attachment 01(Delivery Locations) is to provide a list of bulk and drum JP-10 and PF-1 requirements and provides the contractor with a spreadsheet to enter their proposed prices.
