Description: USACE - Memphis District (CEMVM) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify multiple businesses with the interest and resources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Bulk Fuel/Lubricant purchases. Memphis District anticipates procuring multiple supplies valued at a maximum of $250,000 per order on a competitive basis through the BPA for Bulk Fuel/Lubricants. �Based on the responses received, multiple BPAs may be made.
