- SEE ATTACHMENT This is a combined SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION notice.� The government is seeking sources able to provide services identified below.� Interested parties are asked to complete the incorporated questionnaire to assist the government in formulating a final procurement approach.�� Any information received in response to this notice may be used in preparing the governments cost estimate, solicitation document or the final acquisition strategy.� This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded based on any response received from this notice.� Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with responding to this notice. The objective of this synopsis is to determine industry interest, capabilities and capacity with respect the nature of work to be performed.� The government anticipates a set-aside requirement; however, the final socio-economic determination will not be made until industry responses have been analyzed.��� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � Fort Worth District is contemplating soliciting and awarding a Multiple Award Task Order Contact (MATOC) for Real Property Planning Professional Services for �military installations, Federal agencies, and civil work entities.� These projects are assigned to the Southwest Division (SWD) to provide professional services in the Continental United States (CONUS) including Hawaii and Alaska and assignments designated to SWD.� The anticipated NAICS Code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $16.5M. Scope of Work: Work to be performed under this contract may include enterprise proactive real-property interactive space management system (ePRISMS) support and management, Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) support, General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) support, Army enterprise systems support, system inventory analysis, real property audit support, floor plan data collection and development, data validation and update, data reconciliation and correction, 1354 support development, real property survey and analysis, facility utilization and unit analysis, facility condition reporting, real property planning services and technical support, on-site investigation, and support to accomplish the IMCOM mission.
