Description

Range Operation Support, Base Operation Support Services, Pacific Missile Range Facility.� Manu Kai, LLC is the only source with human resources and specialized contractor-owned equipment (e.g. firefighting vehicles, mobile cranes, etc.) in place at PMRF to immediately continue performance of ROS-BOS services without disruption to (1) Fleet live fire qualification training, (2) mobile and portable range support the training and readiness of Forward Deployed Naval Forces located at Fleet concentration areas, and (3) live-fire Developmental and Operational Tests for major weapons acquisition programs.� Manu Kai, LLC is the only firm with on-site, high-value vehicles and equipment required to provide services.� The firm owns structural fire trucks, airfield rescue and firefighting vehicles, and other emergency vehicles necessary to the safety of PMRF assets and personnel.� The firm owns vehicles necessary to lift, transport, install components, subsystems, and other items necessary to maintain and sustain systems and assets and PMRF.� Manu Kai, LLC is the only firm with the management, procedures, and processes in place to continue support to on-going missions.� No other firm is positioned or prepared at this time to ensure subsurface and surface forces are trained and prepared to deploy, to provide or support ballistic missile defense test and evaluation, and to ensure the safety and security of PMRF while the follow-on contract is procured.
