- Description
- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services, Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH), intends to issue Purchase Order by means of a Sole Source justification with College of American Pathologists for proficiency testing and related supplies in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a small business size standard is 500 employees. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Purchasing Agent at misti.bussell@ihs.gov no later than 3:30 PM CST, December 27, 2019. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at Claremore Indian Hospital�s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. CIH is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
