Description

This is a notice of intent to award other than full and open competition. This is not a request for quotes. The government intends to make an award as other than full and open competition for the dropshipment of reagents with the annual lease and maintenance for Sebia, Inc. of one Hydrasys Analyzer and 2 Capillarys 2 Flex Analyzers for the period of 06 Jan 2020 through 30 Sep 2020 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days after date of publication of this solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with� this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreption of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
