- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Service Unit, Kayenta, AZ� intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to�Script Pro USA, Inc. for robotic pharmaceutical dispensing equipment lease�services for the Inscription House Health Center, located at Tonalea, AZ 86044 on the Navajo Nation Reservation. The Contractor, Script Pro USA, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide for robotic pharmaceutical dispensing equipment lease�services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, December 26, 2019, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to Tyron.John@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
