- BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE FINANCIAL MODULE (BRAC FM) SERVICE SUPPORT 20 December 2019:� Solicitation Amendment 0001 is issued and provided under this notice.� Amendment 0001�provides�Technical Question & Answer under Attachment 3 along with addressed changes in the Solicitation highlighted for identification.� Proposal due date and time�is extended from 06 January 2020, 08:00 A.M. CT, to 16 January 2020, 02:00 P.M. CT. ********** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on behalf of the �Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, Base Realignment and Closure Division (ACSIM BRAC), has a requirement for Base Realignment and Closure Financial Module (BRAC FM) support servies. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business� under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513, Computer Facilities Management with a size standard of $30M. QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION: All questions or concerns regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists at the following email addresses: salameya.paulouskaya.civ@mail.mil and cc to karina.s.haddix.civ@mail.mil madeline.m.allison.civ@mail.mil The deadline for the submittal of all Questions/Comments/Exceptions is 18 December 2019 at 08:00 A.M.� CDT. The deadline for the proposals is Thursday, 16 January 2020, at 02:00 P.M. CT. The PWS is located in the end of the solicitation.
