- Amendment 0004 to the Roof Fall Protection Services, Pentagon solicitation to 1) Revise the proposal due date to January 8, 2020 by 2:00p.m. Eastern; 2) Delete the previous questions and answers 1-8 since they are not pertinent any longer due to the signifant changes made to the requirement in Amendment 0003; 3) Provide answers to the new Questions #1-3; 4) Provide the Site Visit Sign-in Sheet/Log from 12/11/2019 site visit; 5) Provide PWS Sec 6.0 Attachments A1-A8 (but not A5); 6) Revise the PWS to delete Attachment A5 from Section 6.0; 7) Delete Attachment J-1 and 8) Update Section L-4;9) Provide a conformed copy of the Solicitation� Please review Amendment 0004 carefully�� Thank you.
