- December 20, 2019 This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice issued in accordance with FAR 15.201(e) to conduct market research. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The NPS is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a solicitation on or about March 2020 to obtain Facilities Management and Leadership Training Services in support of Facilities Management activities NPS-wide. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the tasks defined in the draft Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services In support of this effort NPS is conducting market research to further refine requirements and establish the best acquisition approach. Please note that requirements defined to date will likely change before a final request for proposals is released. Please provide comments on the draft PWS in the following table format: PWS paragraph reference As written, would you, or would you not, submit a proposal? If not, why? Is this PWS too restrictive? If so, please identify the section and specific language that is restricting competition. Also provide information on the following: Interested party�s size determination. DUNS Number. GSA Contract Number (if applicable). Suggested labor category(s). In company�s past experience is this type work typically performed under a fixed price or labor hour contract?
