Description

The primary responsibility of the contractor is to establish and administer effective strength and conditioning protocols designed to maximize the physical performance of the 820th Base Defense Group personnel. The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) shall collaborate with the 93rd Air Ground Operations Wing Director of Human Performance (DHP) and the Warrior Athlete Center of Excellence (WACoE) staff to improve readiness and rehabilitation.� The mission of the CSCS is to: Enhance and maintain optimal physical performance and readiness of 820th BDG personnel. Reduce injury rates and rapidly return injured personnel to optimal physical performance standards. The mission is accomplished by increasing the physical capacity of the 820th BDG, decreasing the rate of injuries and accelerating return to duty times. The CSCS will optimize physical performance while collecting, analyzing, and resolving physical readiness level concerns.
