- Amendment 0002 is issued to provide updated ATTCH 2 - Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) List (Revised 20 Dec 19). All Question and Answers will be provided via email to interested parties. The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has issued�the�Solicitation for Military Freefall Support�Services. Offerors are encouraged to review the solicitation document and all associated attachments. Interested�offerors MUST contact the contracting officer to obtain Attachment 1-�IDIQ�Performance Work Statement (PWS),�Sample Task Order 0001 PWS, and�Sample Task Order�0002 PWS�to the Solicitation.� To be considered an interested�offeror, the company must be an eligible�Small Business.� This acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 481219, and the small business size standard is $15M.
