- CO WRFO ROADS & CONSTRUCTION IDR 2020 Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for the following work: Road and parking area reconstruction, construction and maintenance; road obliteration; recreation and administrative site maintenance; clearing and grubbing; culvert installation and repair; sign installation and repair; installation and maintenance of erosion controls; cattle guard installation and repair; material haul; haul and placement of imported material and other related work as described in the Statement of Work to be issued for each Task Order. The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 237310, (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction) size standard is $39.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000 for each task order. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately January 10, 2020.
