- The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Aluminum Service Utility Flatbeds delivered to Loveland, CO. �Quantity:� Two.� FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. �The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about December 18, 2019.� All responses to this RFQ should be submitted electronically to lillie@wapa.gov.� Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.� The applicable NAICS Code is 336211; size standard is 1000 Employees.
