- The contractor is to furnish and deliver the required 8 flanges as shown in attachment. Delivery of all 8 flanges will be within 10 weeks of contracts award, delivery will be scheduled at least one week in advance by the contractor.� All items provided must meet the requirements of the Buy American clauses referenced.� All materials and equipment furnished shall be new, unused, and free from defects or imperfections that might affect the serviceability of the finished product with a one year warranty. The materials provided must be delivered during normal business hours Monday through Thursday to the St. Louis Service Base.�
