- Description
- General Equipment Name:� Slit lamp with camera Description & Salient Characteristics Acquisition of a Slit Lamp with digital camera kit. This is used by the Optometry Clinic to show progression of injury or lesion to the eye. Currently the facility does not have the ability to photograph and track the front of veteran�s eyes. SL-D701 LED Slit Lamp Accepts the DC-4 Digital Photo Attachment with 5 megapixel of resolution. Meibomian gland observation and documentation capability when used with the DC-4 and BG-5. Amber filter for color enhancement in viewing and photography. Illumination control by rheostat. Five magnification drum changer: 6X, 10X, 16X, 25X, and 40X. Consistent color temperature throughout the entire illumination intensity adjustment. Optional DC-4 Digital Photo Attachment with EZ Capture software for still imaging and video. Optional BG-5 Background Illuminator for still pictures, video and meibography. Available in table mount or unit configuration. DC-4 DigitalCamera F/D701/BG5 High Resolution�� Multi-function camera and software for optimized color balance and monochrome imaging when used with the BG-5 Illuminator. Meibography Capability�� When used with the BG-5 or the BG-4M Background Illuminators, the DC-4 can perform meibography imaging and video clips. Smart Capture Function�With a single push, the operator can obtain a rapid series of 5 images that are quickly saved for later revision and selection. Still Image with Auto Exposure�Automatically compensates brightness. Live alignment image and final picture have the same color balance. Live View�When using the EZ Capture software in conjunction with the DC-4, a real time live image will be seen on the monitor to facilitate centering and focusing.
