- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cicrular (FAC) 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0005 for the purchase of License and Support Renewal for IBM Cognos. This requirement is being solicited Full and Open Competition under NAICS Code 511210 (Software Publishers). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Description of Requirements: IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Software Development Kit Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal, PN: E0622LL - QTY: 1 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Analytics Per Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal, PN: EOK30LL- QTY: 4 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Analytics Explorer Renewal, PN: EOK2DLL - QTY: 3 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence For Non-Production Environment Processor Value (PVU) Annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal, PN: E06OKLL - QTY: 200 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence User Per Processor Value Unit (PVU) annual SW Subscription & Support Renewal, PN: EOHVPLL - QTY: 200 HCL Connections Authorized User Annual SW S&S Renewal, PN: EO3VJLL - QTY: 7 Period of Performance:� 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2020 Technical Evaluation: The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal, in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Technical acceptability will be based on a proposal that meets all the requirements.
