This is ONLY A SOURCES SOUGHT. YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET, NOR IS THIS A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. GENERAL: The purpose of this sources sought is to gather information regarding vendor�s ability to provide mowing service of lands in the vicinity of Clatskanie, OR for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District. Approximately 60 miles Northwest from Portland, Oregon on the Columbia River. See Webb District Rd, Clatskanie, OR 97016 and attached maps for site. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% total small business set-aside. SCOPE OF WORK: For maintenance mowing of fields, wetland areas, and the main ditch slope at Webb wildlife mitigation site in Clatskanie, Columbia County, OR (Location shown in Attachments 1-2).� This is a non-personal, commercial services requirement.� The contractor shall mow Vegetation consistently to within approximately 4-6 inches of ground surface in accordance with the terms of the contract and as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All personnel labor, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services (including water, electricity, and sanitary facilities) necessary to perform the work as defined in this PWS, including mobilizations and demobilizations from the site. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-fixed-price contract for commercial landscaping services � grounds maintenance. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS): 561730 Landscaping Services; Size Standard: $8M Federal Service Code (FSC): S208, Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is estimated to commence March 2020, followed by four one-year option periods. SOURCES SOUGHT INFORMATION: Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: a.� Detailed capabilities statement providing the same or similar services described in the attached PWS, along with years of experience specific to what we are looking for.� (Include past contracts with USACE, if applicable.)� b.� Name of Company; ���� �Cage Code and DUNS number; ���� �Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address, and e-mail address; ����� Small business size status (i.e. small or large business, 8(a) status, etc.) Corps of Engineers, Portland District requests the above information no later than 1400 on 30 December 2019.
