Description

DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 6110-01-598-1820. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The approved source�is Kidde Technologies Inc.�(05BU0) p/n 422251-2. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information. See DIBBS L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items; M06 Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312�with a business size of 1250. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government.
