- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering seven National Stock Number�(NSN) 6620-01-051-2045, Indicator, Position in accordance with Aircraft Instrument Company, CAGE 09959, �P/N 7010004, Moog Inc. dba Moog Components Group, CAGE 1K426, P/N 78600000-01, and Parker-Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 26055, P/N 265-016-001.� �The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15.� The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. �The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition.� The terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. �First Article Testing by Government is required.� Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.� Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations.� Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.� Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case-by-case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.� Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about January 3, 2020.
