- MARKET RESEARCH � SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXIST This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government�s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of providing NAUGAHYDE TABLE, SEAT COVERS and DIVIDERS. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code: 314999, All other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills Description/Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all supplies, labor, material, and equipment to provide the measurements and custom embroidery for various dimensions of table covers and chairs. The Contractor shall be able to maintain security clearance to enter the Facilities and ship. The contractor must be able to provide repair and/or adjustments of table cover/ chair cover discrepancies within 24 hours. Attached is required material with descriptions along with pictures of requirements. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 7210 and NAICS Code of 314999. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought (SS) notice shall not exceed two (2) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company�s name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 314999, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SS notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M. ET, December 26, 2019. Any questions must be submitted in writing to yaynel.yambo1@navy.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted.
