- **Please see attached documents�for soliciation details and site map** Perform all work required to clear snow and ice from the parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, and streets of the Barnes Building Complex located at 495 Summer Street, Boston MA 02210 as specified within the performance work statement and attached site map. The areas to be treated and cleared include Parking Lots, 1, 3, 4, and 5, Inman Street between the Barnes Building and the Fargo Building, the sidewalk and walkways area the Barnes Building to include the E Street walkway from Parking Lot 3 to the Barnes Building. The area to be cleared is approximately 9 acres.� The purpose of this service is to provide safe access during and after snow and ice storm events.
