- Description
- The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) has awarded a contract on a sole-source basis to Logistics Services International (LSI) of Jacksonville, FL (CAGE 9S850), for SWS and COLUMBIA Class Instructional System Design and Courseware Development to develop Shareable Content Object Reference Model conformant and Integrated Learning Compliant training Content.� The anticipated contract will contain Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line items on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis with an expected completion date of 31 March 2023.� The award date is December 20, 2019. LSI is the only known source with the requisite design background, system knowledge and experience relative to the SWS and COLUMBIA Class Instructional System Design capable of providing the required efforts within existing technical, cost and fleet schedule constraints. The attached Justification and Approval provides authority to award this as a sole-source effort.� This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301.� This NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
