- PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE JAN06-JAN10, 2020 � PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC HAMILTON 1050 Register St North Charleston, SC 29405 � The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutterrs Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to �for the following: Provide OEM proprietary load bank testing on Hamilton�s #1 SSDG, from January 06-10 of 2020. Brand Name Certified Technically Representative and parts are required. This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HAMILTON. �Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, Dec 30th 2019 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: CATERPILLAR and Brand Name Certified Technically Representative. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to CATERPILLAR. ��������������������������
