- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide preventative maintenance and corrective (unscheduled) maintenance on the OEM CT Contrast Media Injectors throughout VISN 12 (Equipment List and map below). Vendor must be able to complete maintenance in accordance with all manufacturer s recommended service and preventative maintenance procedures and schedules. Vendor must also be able to complete all corrective (unscheduled) maintenance. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Local Time on Tuesday, November 26th 2019. This should include the following: provide proof of Manufacturer (OEM) certification for service personnel on each of the devices on the contract, provide proof of licensure to use Bayer Healthcare s proprietary calibration software for Stellant and Solaris model calibrations, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Eileen.Meyer@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NAICS 811219. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
