- Description
- The USS George Washington CVN 73 intends to procure several cabin furnishings required to replace the previous and/or existing furnishings in several compartments.� The place of delivery is Huntington Ingalls, Newport News Shipyard.�� The commercial solicitation will have a closing day on 11:00AM 15 January 2020. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, Simplified Acquisition in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors resulting from in award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Question submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted via�e-mail to the contracting point of contact Nicole.Lowther@navy.mil no later than 10:00 A.M. EST on 06 January 2020.� New Equipment only - No remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. All items must be covered by the manufactures warranty. Bids must be good for 120 calendar days after close of buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) Offeror must be registered in System for Award Manegement (SAM)
