Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-20-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20190531. This is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, and the small business size standard is $12 million. Quotes are being requested for the following CLIN 0001: Fumigation Service Description: Fumigation of cargo and equipment in accordance with Australian Government Department of Agriculture guidelines for Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) treatment. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: To Be Determined; however, fumigation must be complete no later than February 2, 2020. The following Department of Labor Wage Determination will be incorporated into the resulting contract: Wage Determination No.: 2015-5689 Revision No.: 10 Date of Last Revision: 12/12/2019 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Oct 2018) applies to this acquisition. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (factors are not listed in any particular order): a. Price b. Technical - Contractor must be approved by the Australian Government to provide treatment for BMSB. c.
