The laydays commences and cancels on 20 January 2020. 17.�� �Place of Contract Performance: �Operations shall be conducted at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA.� 18.�� �Set-aside Status: �N/A. �The decision to release this solicitation as �Unrestricted� is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. �All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. �MSC�s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this assessment.�
