Place of Contract Performance:� The intended loading port is Singapore, Singapore (BP Singapore Oiltanking Terminal; and the intended discharging ports are Salalah, Oman and Fujairah, UAE. The laydays commence 29 January and cancel 31 January 2020, and the period of performance will be one voyage. The decision to release this solicitation as �Unrestricted� is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. �All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. �MSC�s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
