- Repair Stanley Road; Project Number JBSF170233- This project includes curb and gutter demolition and reconstruction, curb inlet repair, installation of a new precast curb inlet, precast manhole, storm water pipe construction, base and subgrade repair, milling of existing pavement, regrading, filling, and compaction of road base material, 3-inch overlay of Type D, Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, and re-establishment of pavement markings. Project is construction only with no design. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio � Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The 502D Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a single contract with a 200 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract IAW FAR 36.204 is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Notice to Bidders: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under�this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before�or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation�to reimburse an offeror for any costs."" A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 06 January 2020 at 2:00 PM CST at JBSA- Ft Sam Houston.� See section L of the IFB for details.
