- LTC PROJECT for NSN 1680-01-224-2868,�Support Assembly.� Manufacture IAW Coating Specialties Inc. DBA Aero 53616 P/N 70500-02059-058; AIRBORNE INDUSTRIES, INC. 66860 P/N 70500-02059-058; W AND G MACHINE COMPANY, 33682 P/N 70500-02059-058; Honeywell International Inc. DBA 91929 P/N 70500-02059-058; TIGHITCO INC. DBA Aerostructures 4R582 P/N 70500-02059-058; Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286 P/N 70500-02059-058. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD.� The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods.� The estimated annual demand quantity is 76 each for the base and option periods.� The guaranteed minimum quantity is 19 each for the base period only.� The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 615 each for the base and option periods combined.� The required production lead-time is 366 days after receipt of order (ARO).� �FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin.� Option to extend terms of contract 48 months.� Duration of contract period 60 months.�� First Article Contractor test report and Government Fit Verification test are required.� Requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources.� Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Surge and Sustainment is not required. This solicitation may include procurement note L09, Reverse Auction.� Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at:� dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.� Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
