- Update (23 Dec 2019): Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0193 is hereby issued by the Government and attached to this notice.� Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the FHTV Protection Kits. Please see the RFP included in this notice for details�and abide by all terms and conditions.� Offerors�may submit all questions�IN WRITING ONLY to the FHTV Protection Kits mailbox @ usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.wrn-fhtv-p-kits@mail.mil�and 'cc' the�point of contact(s) listed in this announcement.The deadline for submitting questions is�6 January 2020. Offerors are encouraged to submit questions as early as�possible prior to the deadline. The Government will submit answers to all questions by posting to beta.SAM for all interested sources to view. See the Pre-Solicitation Notice for W56HZV-19-R-0193 for requirements and instructions on requesting�and receiving�the FHTV Protection Kit TDPs (Attachments 0001-0005).� All�RFP Attachments need to be requested by the offerors via e-mail request to the FHTV Protection Kits mailbox @ usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.wrn-fhtv-p-kits@mail.mil�and 'cc' the�point of contact(s) listed in this announcement.
