- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Custom Parting Tools to be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333515 (Cutting Tool and Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing).The procurement will be restricted to the OEM, Illinois Tool Works Inc. as Brand Name or Equal parts to be competed as 100% small business set-aside. The contract line items are included in Solicitation SPMYM120Q0025. � ***NO GREY MARKET ITEMS AS ALL ITEMS/MATERIAL MUST BE NEW*** The solicitation number is SPMYM120Q0025 and�the solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 23 December 2019 and closes 26 December 2019.
