- TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. This requirement is for Seclusion Room Safety Padding for the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center s Mental Health Building. The winning offeror shall install Brand Name or Equal Gold Medal Safety Padding on the floors, walls, interior side of doors, around windows, and doorframes within each room. A site visit will be held on Monday, 12/30/2019, at 10:00 AM Eastern at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center located at Mental Health Facility Building 111, 13800 Veterans Way, Bay Pines, FL 33744.
