- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract requirement for Measurement Specialties Inc. (or equal) hydrological equipment to be delivered to Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This requirement is expected to result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with a period of performance from 2020 to 2025. There are no option periods. RFQ 140G0120R0005 will be issued about 1/6/2020 with written quotes due about 1/31/2020. This acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition and the solicitation will be competed pursuant to FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The associated NAICS code is 334513. The small businesses size standard is 750 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is 2/15/2020. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. This acquisition is pursuant to FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
