- New, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Softbear ReadyAPI software suite that includes SoapUI Pro (functional testing) + LoadUI Pro (performance testing) + ServiceV Pro (service virtualization). This requirement will allow the implementation of automated testing of software services utilizing Application Programming Interface (API) protocols in support of Development Security Operations (DevSecOps), specifically: Bundle Fixed User (Part Number RSLS-1Y-SBN-NL) � Quantity = 6 Bundled Floating User Licenses (Part Number RSLS-1Y-SBN-FL) � Quantity = 1 Both software suites need include one (1) year software license subscription support to obtain OEM technical support, major and minor software upgrade releases, and bugs/fixes.
