- 1. Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS is 813110, �Religious Organization� with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 1.2 Below is a document containing a description of services requirement and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to provide your company�s capability. 1.3 If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of the market research, a combined synopsis/solicitation of that procurement may be posted to beta.SAM. Interested companies are requested to submit a summary outline of their qualifications to perform Protestant religious education coordinator services at Malmstrom AFB. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted. 1.4 Please note that we cannot return your submissions to you. 1.5 Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. 2. This request for Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or material. No contract award will be made as a result of this sources sought synopsis. This information is provided to the government at no cost. �PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) Malmstrom AFB (MAFB) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the specific duties and responsibilities of Protestant Religious Education (RE) Coordinator for MAFB Chapel. � The contractor shall prepare scheduled Protestant RE program curriculum, prepare an annual comprehensive RE Program plan to be approved by the Wing Chaplain or designee, recruit enthusiastic and suitable volunteer teachers, and other duties defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). ** The Contractor will only be paid to work an average of 10 hours per week, not to exceed the hours funded on the contract. 341 MW/HC Contract Official will inform the 341 CONS Contracting Officer to let the Contractor know when the remaining hours on the contract are at or below 15% of the total hours.
