- This Request For Information (RFI) is specifically intended to gather information on the availability of language service providers for rarely used languages only (as outlined in the table in the attachment); rarely used means languages that are required by the agency, but where interpreters are needed infrequently.� The RFI will gather information on the availability of providers who have the capability to provide over-the-phone rarely used foreign language interpretation services, on-demand and priced by the minute.
